Welcome to 3peestees ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site"), purchases, and related services for print-on-demand clothing. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Orders and Payment
- Placing Orders: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or fraud. Custom designs are non-transferable.
- Pricing: Prices are in USD and exclude taxes/shipping, which are added at checkout. We may update prices without notice.
- Payment: We accept major credit cards and PayPal via secure processors (e.g., Stripe). You authorize charges for orders and any failed payments.
- Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for applicable taxes and duties.

Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are fulfilled via our print-on-demand partner. Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days from order confirmation.
- Shipping risks transfer to you upon handover to the carrier. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages in transit.
- International orders may incur customs fees; you bear these costs.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Standard Items: 30-day return window for unused items in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Custom/Print-on-Demand Items: No returns or exchanges due to personalization. Defective items qualify for replacement if reported within 7 days with photos.
- Refunds process within 5-10 business days to original payment method. All sales final on discounted/clearance items.

Intellectual Property
- All Site content, designs, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify without permission.
- User-submitted designs grant us a non-exclusive license for production and display. You warrant your content does not infringe third-party rights.

User Conduct
You agree not to: misuse the Site, transmit viruses, harass others, or violate laws. We may terminate access for violations.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the order value. We disclaim warranties for Site availability, product quality, or indirect damages. Products are provided "as is."

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Utah law, without regard to conflicts. Disputes resolved in Saint George, Utah courts.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; changes posted here with new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
